Diabetic Nephropathy V with Renal Anemia: What should Patient Do

Diagnosed as type 2 Diabetes , Diabetic Nephropathy V, Renal Anemia, Renal Hypertension, Hyperuricemia, Hyperkalemia, Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy and Hyperlipidemia.

After 68 days treatment, the curative effect are as follows:

1. Basic situations: As the first day she came to our hospital, the whole body was in moderate edema induced by Local inadequate dialysis and the weight is 93 kg, she even can not move by herself. Drowsiness and with poor eyesight. After one weeks treatment, edema disappered and weight down to 77-78 kg. She can moves by herself and have a better mood, she even can read newspapers.

2. The changes of Laboratory test index: the creatinine level downs from 773 to 275; Hemoglobin rises from 92 g/L to 126 g/L; Urine sugar 3 + turn to urine sugar -; urine protein 3 + turn to 4 +; blood sugar before dinner from 9-11mmol/L turn to 6mmol/L, after dinner from 15mmol/L to 7mmol/L; 24 hours protein urine down from 5.47 to 1.39g/24h
