If FSGS Patient Cannot Take Renal Transplant What should They Do

Awat is a six years old boy, he was born in Iraq. On 3th,Aug,2015 he was admitted into our hospital for the first time. He is a FSGS patient and suffered from edema and protein urine at the same time. The test shown that his blood cell count is 5.59×1012/L, hemoglobin is 156g/L. The routine urine test shown that urine protein 2+, occult blood2+.

In his local hospital the doctor recommend him to take renal transplant, but due to his bad disease condition, he cannot take it now.
