Shijiazhuang Hetaiheng Hospital Hold The Second Batch of Medicine Aid Ceremony

On November 14th, 2014, Shijiazhuang Hetaiheng Hospital hold The Second Batch of Medicine Aid Ceremony for CKD patient, thousands of people attended it. During this ceremony, workers in Shijiazhuang Hetaiheng Hospital donated money to the kidney disease patient who are in need of help. Actually, this is the second time in this year, we provide help for kidney disease patients.

According to the research, there are millions of people in the world are suffering from chronic kidney disease, and the numbers are increasing. In China, the morbidity has up to 11.5%, so kidney disease has become a big social question. Under this back ground, Shijiazhuang Hetaiheng Hospital with Red Cross Foundation together set “ Urban and rural poor kidney patients medical relief fund” so as to help more people back to normal life, thus to relive the burden of the whole society. And this is the second time we provide help for kidney disease patient, there are 138 people from Inner Mongolian, Guizhou, Sinkiang, Qinghai, Jiangsu, Jilin, Szechwan and some other provinces, received those relief funds, a total of 900,000 RMB,in this ceremony.
