Lupus Nephritis: Can I Stop Dialysis

I was diagnosed as Lupus Nephritis patient a half years ago, then my creatinine level increased to high level suddenly, so the doctor put me under dialysis to maintain my life. But now, my creatinine level has down to 2.1, i want to know can i stop dialysis?
