( a ) general treatment

Patients with severe infection and septicemia should be administered intravenously. According to the urine culture results, sensitive drugs were selected. For example, the sensitivity of cefoperazone and amikacin toxin to staphylococcus, Klebsiella, Proteus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli is above 90 %. The former is 1 – 2g, once every 8 – 12 hours, while the latter is 0.4g, once every 8 – 12 hours. Fluoroquinolones are more than 80 % sensitive to Proteus, Citrobacter and Klebsiella. Piperacillin, ampicillin and furosemin are 100 % sensitive to enterococcus group d. Usage, the first two are 1 ~ 2, once every 6 hours; The latter was 0.1g three times a day. Fungal infection with ketoconazole was 0.2g, 3 times a day. Or fluconazole 50mg twice a day.
