2014-07-27 10:54

Usually, when people find protein in their urine, they will think they have got some disease. Actually, before diagnosis you need not to worry about it, because some of them will disappear after a short while, which is called Physiological proteinuria. Then, how to distinguish Physiological proteinuria and Pathological proteinuria ?

There is a simple way to distinguish them, that is the time. If it can disappears in a short time and will not appear again that is Physiological, if it lasts for a long time and has no evidence to disappear that is the pathological proteinuria. But it is not the best way nor the most accurate way.

So the following tips are given by the experts to help you make a better judgment.

1. Fever : when people got fever, the vascular permeability will increase that may induce protein leak into urine, it will disappeared with the fever.

2. Renal blood vessels present spasm: reflective local vasospasm caused by cold, pain and other factors will increase the vascular permeability and the protein will leakage out of it and into the urine.

3. Posture: Lordosis posture, oppression of the left renal vein and cause a small amount of proteinuria which is also known as postural proteinuria.

4. Anoxia: under the condition of circulation, breathing disorder or strenuous exercise, the produces acid content of body will increase, that can stimulate the kidney and cause protein dissolved, epithelial cell falls off, and form tube type, leak into the urine.

5. Quantity and quality of the protein in the blood abnormal: intravenous input protein and hemoglobin, or eat too much foods which are rich in protein also can lead to transient proteinuria.

6. Gestational proteinuria: it appeared during pregnant, after give birth to the baby, it will disappear.
